All Zoom and In-Person Appointments are paid in full at the time of booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Appointments may cancel for a full refund up to 10 days before the Appointment.  Appointments cancelled  9 to 5 days before may receive a 50% refund. NO refunds are offered within 4 days of the Appointment, unless due to a physical or mental emergency.

Please note that once requested, your cancellation will be sent to our Administrative Team.  Once received, refunds can take up to 15 business days to process.
